The hotel is right next highway which is very noisy all the time. This hotel really needs sound proof windows.

Great Business Hotel - good location Industrial area, friendly and professional staff

The Hotel in situated in the Finsa industrial park making most of the factories (Wolkwagon etc) very reachable. The hotel provides free shuttle for drop and pick up to travellers which is a great boon.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. They explained to us in detail about the places of interest in Puebla. You can also exchange Dollars for the Local currency (Peso) at the hotel.

The buffet breakfast was very lavish and varied. The hotels fitness center and swimming pool gave a great option for relaxation.

In a nutshell a pleasent experience.

On the postive side this is a modern hotel with nice design. The people are really friendly. Excellent resturant outside the hotel for great steak.....
But the negitive out ways the postive.
This hotel is next to a busy highway. The windows in the hotel are very thin, therefore you can hear the traffic all night long. Also next door is a guard dog that barks continously all night. The bed was hard, like sleeping on the floor and the pillows were very stiff. The sheets were not soft. Not a good night sleep!!! I stayed at this hotel three times, because I was on a business trip and was booked here. Each time the same thing, next time I will be looking elsewhere.
