Very good breakfast, modern international hotel with all facilities.

The building looks terrible from the outside: the architect should have been mad ! Puebla is a unesco site, it has a wonderful historical centre and this building is like a punch in the eye. On a separate note the pool is really, really, really small.

I travel to Puebla several times a year and have pretty much settled on the NH as about the best place to stay here. As others have pointed out, it's not exactly cheap, but there really are few alternatives that offer this level of quality. I've stayed at some of the local hotels, and while they are for the most part, very friendly, comfortable, and reasonably priced, the noise level has always been a bother to this light sleeper. NH rooms are quiet, modern, well maintained, and the location.. just a few blocks to the Zocalo, can't be beat. The restaurant is very good, although a bit pricey, and the staff are really nice and helpful. Plus, wireless internet in your room is free.

I rarelly travel in business hotel, but I did in Puebla. With NH you know what your getting before entering the place. Very good in general, this is not specific only to this hotel but I hate the fact that everything is an extra (internet, water etc..) in business class hotels.

My partner and I stayed here while visiting Puebla for a few days. The location is wonderful-only two blocks to the zocolo! The restaurant offers a nice breakfast buffet (although a bit pricey), but you can also order from their menu which we did one morning to save a few pesos. The food is fresh and tasty. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and come with free WI-fi. The front desk staff is amazing! My partner and I wanted to visit the paso de Cortes, and so they arranged a private tour for us at a very reasonable price. The only downfall of our visit was that the rooftop with the bar and pool and gym was closed during our stay. Overall, great hotel and I would absolutely stay here again!
