Will agree with other reviewers, that the hotel is housed in what may be the ugliest building in Puebla, but that doesn't negate the fact that it is a well run chain hotel. Good service. Helpful employees, though did not encounter any who spoke English, if that matters to you. Entire property, including room, were spotless. Typical "hard" Mexican beds, & while the imitation wood floors are far more welcome & cleaner than the dirty carpeting found in many properties, it does generate much more noise. So go for the top floor. Other reviewers mentioned thin walls & ability to hear neighboring guests, & I would agree. Both nights of our stay we were awakened by guests returning to their rooms until 3:00AM, & you can easily hear the TV from the rooms next door. Overall a good stay however, & would consider it again, Rates are higher than many other smaller hotels around the main Plaza, & there are lots of good options in downtown Puebla.
