It's a businessman's hotel located fifteen minutes from the centro. Even locals Mexicans asked why our agent hadn't booked us into one of the many charming hotels dowtown. In Mexico one often has a siesta and then goes out to walk around and find a place for dinner particularly in a city like Puebla that has a lovely colonial centro. We were completely put off by having to take taxis in and out of town. Rooms are very nice, golf course is attached and a pool (no water when we were there)Fine for Mexicans on business. If you are a tourist give it a pass. I was furious with the travel agent since I usually book myself in Oaxaca or Merida but trusted her on Puebla.
