We stayed here just to relax for one night. What a beautiful hotel! I am used to middle class hotels, but this definitely beat those by a mile. The whole staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful, with high quality sheets, beautiful furniture, speakers from the tv in the bathroom, a phone in the bathroom, and even a doorbell for our room outside of the door. Those little things are sure to make things nicer than normal. The pool was nice, kind of small, but very clean and warm.
They had huge towels out on the chairs just inviting us for a swim. The restaurant we ate at was delicious and the service was wonderful. We even ordered breakfast room service that was delicious. However, if you are coming to sight-see Puebla or Cholula, this might not be a good idea unless you are okay paying for taxi rides everywhere. But the mall, Angelopolis (very nice one!), is probably only a $3-4 trip away in a taxi and downtown Puebla probably a $6-7 trip away. Cholula downtown is probably about a $6 trip. But again, you could always bargain with the drivers.
