This hotel is on a charming street located by El Barrio De Los Artistas, which is also by the Dulcerias shops and the Artesenia shops. I think a hits borderline pricey. We stayed in room #2 it was cozy, but just a tad bit dark (only one small window). There was electrical lighting. The entrance door was a bit tricky to get open being that it was probably an original door with an original door key. But after a few days we got the hang of it. Staff was nice and they were also nice enough to let me store some cheese I bought in Oaxaca which i didn't want to go bad. Lot's of good restaurants (hole in the walls) in the surrounding area. At the end I probably would choose a different hotel if i went back to puebla.

After an exhausting drive from Morelia we nestled into our very cool room with a fantastic king size bed. The furniture is wonderful and an interesting collection throughout. Dined downstairs after walking around looking for an alternative location to eat at. We loved this hotel and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice to feel enclosed in an artistic boutique hotel with a hint of luxury. BED TO DIE FOR.

We did the cooking course for 5 days. Fun & lots of tips from chef . Hotel bedroom was beautiful, all antiques, fine linens. Restaurant was excellent. Best Margarita's ever
