I spend a week there and was wonderful. nice hotel, excellent service and overall the staff very warm.good price for the service, meal delicious .congrats for your service. good location and view.

I stayed here 5 nights on a business trip, and was pleased overall. The hotel is in a new part of town, very american style. The rooms were clean, the staff was competent, and I felt comfortable and safe. The best part is that there is a mall next door with several restaurants, a cantina, a bank, a convenience store, and a movie theater. There is also a supermarket across the street. Very convenient! Taxi rides to downtown Puebla run about 6 dollars US, and there are always cabs waiting out front. The hotel has a pool, fitness center, free wifi, and a nice weekend buffet breakfast.

I was very disappointed with my stay, mainly because the room was very dirty. Sheets had not been changed from the person before and had stains from body fluid and body hair on the sheets and pillows. The bathroom was also dirty. The lobby and gym were fine. Perhaps I just had bad luck, but that was my experience. I would not return to the same hotel.
