We stayed there just the one night but the check in was fast, the check out as well, we had two large beds in the room (be careful, you have the choice between non-smoking and smoking floors/rooms). The beds were clean as was the bathroom, which had a bath and a good shower. The only small issues i had were the size and quality of the TV which was dated and the cable connection was not so good. A mini fridge would have been nice too. We went there to sleep and we did that very well, quiet bedrooms, no noise at all from the street.

I am stuck with this hotel as our company has a contract with it, so I have stayed here recurrently for the past 4 months. Internet speed rarely goes beyond 0.2 mbps (!!!). I have raised the issue with management, but they simply don't care and the problem is persistent.
They do not deserve the visit of business travelers if they do not want to fix something so simple. A hotel of this level can easily contract a good, reliable, and speedier Internet service.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. The internet connection is bad, the room service bad BUT the worst is that I got food posioning from eating at their restaurant. Had a terrible diarrhea from eating lasagna, the meat was off I think. They reluctantly provided a medical serice and the medicines took almost 2 hours to be brought to my room. They show no sympathy whatsoever. So take this advice seriously I am Mexican and would never return to this hotel, I value my life.

internet connection is truly bad, and the reception's explanation that the "network must be saturated" is upright dishonest (why is it saturated at ALL times?, and why can't the hotel prepare for saturation?).
Nowadays this alone is enough reason to avoid this hotel for business trips.
Rooms are noisy from the traffic in the vicinity, but the reception's answer is also dishonest: you can't hear the traffic upwards from the 5th floor in which you are staying. Well, it is noisy and the hotel did not prepare with noise-proof windows
