internet connection is truly bad, and the reception's explanation that the "network must be saturated" is upright dishonest (why is it saturated at ALL times?, and why can't the hotel prepare for saturation?).
Nowadays this alone is enough reason to avoid this hotel for business trips.
Rooms are noisy from the traffic in the vicinity, but the reception's answer is also dishonest: you can't hear the traffic upwards from the 5th floor in which you are staying. Well, it is noisy and the hotel did not prepare with noise-proof windows

My stay was 9 nights, March 4-12. Safe neighborhood, clean rooms, quiet, but not folkloric Mexico location. (I know Pueba well, so this was fine.) Reliable internet connection but slow download speed. Booked through Holiday Inn site, where rate was much lower than what I was quoted by calling the hotel directly. A good value at USD$100 per night (18% tax included)

Stayed 3 days on a business trip. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, wireless internet, decent cable TV. Casino across the street , if you get bored. Breakfast buffet is outstanding, other menus above average.
Overall , a pleasant experience and great value.

Booked this hotel by bid on Priceline and was able to stay 10 nights for $500 plus tax. Located next to Sam's Club. The resturant is excellent and the staff are great. Service was excellent starting at the front desk and all the way to the maid service. The resturant is on the high side but the food is very good. Buffet style breakfast has every thing.

Location is good for access to major highway but you may want to rent a car.
