Stayed 3 days on a business trip. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, wireless internet, decent cable TV. Casino across the street , if you get bored. Breakfast buffet is outstanding, other menus above average.
Overall , a pleasant experience and great value.

Booked this hotel by bid on Priceline and was able to stay 10 nights for $500 plus tax. Located next to Sam's Club. The resturant is excellent and the staff are great. Service was excellent starting at the front desk and all the way to the maid service. The resturant is on the high side but the food is very good. Buffet style breakfast has every thing.

Location is good for access to major highway but you may want to rent a car.

I stayed here 5 nights on a business trip, and was pleased overall. The hotel is in a new part of town, very american style. The rooms were clean, the staff was competent, and I felt comfortable and safe. The best part is that there is a mall next door with several restaurants, a cantina, a bank, a convenience store, and a movie theater. There is also a supermarket across the street. Very convenient! Taxi rides to downtown Puebla run about 6 dollars US, and there are always cabs waiting out front. The hotel has a pool, fitness center, free wifi, and a nice weekend buffet breakfast.
