Since the renovations 2 years ago, the hotel is well run, and the room are very well laid and well serviced. It an oasis in the city. An enjoyable weekend

the hotel is a bit outside the city centre, but still downtown and the rooms are quite. It has a great atmosphere, very comfortable and bright rooms and nice pool in an interior garden. The outdoor pool is heated, which is a very good thing Puebla. A very positive suprise was the great breakfast buffet which was supported with outstanding service through a very friendly, helpful and smiling staff.

Rooms are pretty big and spacious. Check-in and check-out was quick and effective. Staff was very friendly - patiently answered a lot of our questions.
Free parking. Shopping moll (Mega) nearby - 15 min. on foot. You'll need a car or taxi to get to the sights though.
Stayed on Prioritybreaks - it was almost a steal. Would definitely return!

Wonderful hotel, front and the lobby are very impressive. Lots of art, sculptures, high ceilings etc. Lobby bar is very nice also and there is a very good italian restaurant in the building. Hotel shop is well stocked, but expensive, as shops like this always are.

Breakfast is traditional Mexican, I wish they would add a few international items to the buffet. But at the same time seemed like most of customers are Mexican, so I am not sure if there would be high demand for French Toast.

Outside corridors get really cold in the winter mornings, so it is best to come prepared with a warm coat when heading to breakfast.

Pool is heated and there is a nice spa on site. Again, quite pricey, but seemed like they do a thorough job on their treaments. I got a manicure and it was really well done, except for the polish part. But they did point out beforehand that this is a spa manicure for the skin and the polish is not what they focus on. They had two colours, white and clear.

Bathroom light is on motion sensor and the safe works based on your finger print. How cool is that.
