I stayed on a business trip in Presidente Intercontinental Puebla this January. While the room and the amenities were everything you could ask for in a five star (meaning excellent sheets, toiletries, room amenities, superb dining at the Alfredo di Roma), I had a bad working experience with the terrible wi-fi signal.
While I understand that having 50 people in a meeting room trying to cling to the same wi-fi would certainly pose a strain, it isn't excusable for a business grade hotel not to have a powerful signal equivalent to the one I have in my own office.
