We recently stayed in the Old Colonial House (Port). This is a fantastic location with wonderful views and good accommodation.

“Beautiful views to wake up to”

Stayed here during October half term with my family and two small children. Lovely accommodation. Big rooms and well equipped. The real positive of this accommodation has to be the amazing views. Easy walk down to Hope to the local pub and the beaches. Negative points has to be the lack of a bath, especially with small children and the general lack of information about the accommodation. Top tip if you are in MIdships read up on how to cook on an aga, they do make a mean jacket potato. Like the idea that you can hire the whole house, with interconnecting doors, so this would be a great place for a big family Christmas or a birthday celebration.

Room Tip: Midships doesn't have a conventional cooker.
