We just returned from 10 days at the Sheraton Hacienda. What a great surprise! We have stayed at some other resorts on the Corredor and had admired the Sheraton so decided to stay there this time. The hotel itself was immaculate and in a spectacular setting. Played both courses at Cabo del Sol which were breathtaking in spots. If you are in Cabo, even if you are not staying at the Sheraton you must make it a point to eat at their 5 star restaurant Pitahayas...the food is incredible. What made the stay most memorable for us was the superlative hospitality of the staff - there was always an "Hola" or "Buenos Dias" with a smile. I must send special thanks to Super Mario, Alfonso, Alverado and Marco at Pitahayas and Aracely, Deisy, Ana and Norman at Girasoles! They made us feel at home and very patiently endured my awful Spanish...

We recently returned from a wonderful weeks stay. Purchased one week time share at a local charity auction..had a one bedroom suite with a balcony with a sea view. It was amazing to actually see whales from our balcony. The staff actually seem to enjoy their jobs..everyone was pleasant and eager to help. Smiles everywhere!!!Sitting in a lounger,overlooking the ocean,enjoying Happy Hour..heaven !! We even attended the Time Share presentation which was mildly high pressure !You can decline to attend with no problem. I would suggest checking the secondary market before committing which is what I am doing. It really is a very special resort.

Just came back from 4 days here. We had a great time and the facility is very, very nice. The town of Cabo is only a 12 minute drive away. We played both of the Cabo del Sol golf courses here at the hotel and they were fabulous. The pool areas are beautiful and not crowded. Overall, a very nice property. Service was excellent.

For those who would like to choose this destination hotel for your vacation or celebrating wedding i would definetly reccomend it, but there a thing that had happened to me- so i advise people take extra care of all their belongings and don't leave things in the room. Don't forget that you are travelling to Mexico, eventhough its an international brand Sheraton. Bad people can work everywhere. I just wanted to tell that one of our cellphones (iphone4) was exactly stollen from our room, because we didn't think that it is obligatory to put all your brlongings including cell phone into safe. Noone from the staff of the hotel did mention that it is necessary. So, after a week of our stay and hosekeeping visits twice a day, i found that our cell phone is not in the room( just after the morning cleaning) and i did exactly knew, that before housekeeper came it was in the room, because it was ringing. Finally i called people from staff, guest relations and security, they made up some investigation and the results were nothing. They just appologized that it was happened to me and that was all.
