A friend of mine referred this condo to my wife and I and we are glad he did. We go to Cabo 3 to 4 times a year and have stayed in a number of places from San Jose down. We almost always have to take a cab to downtown Cabo where we would frequent. This made it difficult to go back to our room for a rest and return to the action later that night as cabs can be a bit costly. If location is important, then Plaza Nautica is clearly a winner. It is right in the heart of town, at the marina, across from the Shrimp Bucket and around the corner from Cabo Wabo, Giggling Marlin, etc.

Also, the fishing boats are literally steps from the building and the view from our unit, of the boats coming and going from the marina, was absolutely wonderful. Sitting on the deck with margaritas, enjoying the view of the water was a spectacular experience, without even leaving our place.

Viviana is the manager and is a wonderful person to work with. She speaks fluent English and makes sure everything runs very smoothly. Her office is on the ground floor of the building making her quite accessible should something arise.

We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath which was quite spacious and even had a washer/dryer. It was very furnished and extremely clean. We will definitely stay here the next time we head south.

This was one of the few vacations we have taken that was truly flawless.

Our family just returned from Los Cabos. We stayed a week at a resort in San Jose and then 4 days at Plaza Nautica in Cabo San Lucas. I reserved the condo through www.vrbo.com which I use a lot. Viviana is the property Manager and speaks great english and the whole process was easy and smooth. We had a two bedroom condo with a HUGE terrace off the master bedroom overlooking the city and a big balcony off the living room looking out over the marina. It was fun to watch the boats. It was quiet, clean,good air conditioning, good TV, washer and dryer and daily maid service (they even do dishes!) There is a great restaurant right downstairs and several groceries within a few blocks. It was a good walk to Me'dano beach, or a 6$ taxi ride. We walked everywhere night and day. There are a number of units for rent, so if you tell them what you want (higher floor, view, etc) they will accomodate you. The rate was 130$/nite for low season. There is even secure parking if you have a car. The only negative I saw is that I was expecting it to be right on the marina waterfront, but there is actually an empty dirt lot between the building and the marina. You don't notice it if you're sitting on the balconies, just if your'e standing!
