We stayed in condo #108 and it was great!! The staff was also great. The condo had everything you could need but your tooth brush. We never took a cab we just walked everywhere.Fishing we pulled in over 45 fish. Then we took them to a restaurant on the pier and they cooked them up for us. If we can work in out we are going back next.

This was a great place for us fishermen. Easy to get out and enjoy the night life and easy to get back at night. The condo was clean with a great view of the boats. The staff was great, and I would stay there again.

Positives:
Viviana and property management very helpful
Inside of condo was nice except for the bugs and awful smells coming from the drains.
Easy walk to most places

Negatives:
Next to a strip club - loud music and people talking until 3 am
Would not recommend location for those with kids.
Pool was VERY lame - small, not heated and few chairs available
Jacuzzi not heated
The majority of the space around the pool is occupied by a Gym and we had to listen to very loud RAP music if we sat by the pool to get sun. I had difficulty reading my book.
The view outside the deck is of a large dirt lot and then of the marina off in the distance.
Very thin walls - bring earplugs - we could hear people walking around above us at all hours - midnight, 3am, 6am, it was difficult to get a good nights sleep.
There were bugs all over the counters in both the kitchen and bathroom the entire stay
A dishwasher is in the kitchen but there is no dishwasher soap
Washer and dryer but no laundry soap

I have stayed at this property numerous times, 10+. I have always dealt with Viviana. She is an excellent property manager. These units are huge. With full kitchens, laundry rooms and all the necessities. I woulld defenitely recommend this property. The one and only time out of approximately 18 stays we had an air conditioner that broke. We were quickly re-accomodated to another unit.

As others state, it is centrally located and easy to find. The only thing I do not care for is the pool at this property. We tend to spend most of our time on the beach, so it works for us!
