This was our 4th trip to Cabo San Lucas and we always request to stay in Unit 103. It is close to everything. The unit itself is very nicely furnished and has always been very clean when we have been there. The staff is very accomodating when we need something and are ready to help at any time. This last trip we found that the outside of the building had been completely repainted, Marina Blvd. was completely finished and did not have to endure the detours and construction zones as we did in August 2009. We actually love the location because we can walk out the door to the left each morning to get coffee at Cabo Coffee Company. Cabo Tacos is right downstairs in front and they have added new items to their menu. The casino is now open for those that want to take their chances at the tables. The marina is less than a minute walk from the condo and from their you can access a water taxi that will take you to Lover's Beach, the Arch or to Medano Beach where you can bask in the wonderful Cabo sun. Solomon's Landing is the best place for breakfast and is only a 3 to 4 minute walk. What a great way to start your morning!!! Being right downtown is what we like because EVERYTHING is within walking distance. Cabo Wabo, Giggling Marlin, Monkey Business Bar, Tiki Bar, Baja Cantina, Alexander's, Slim's Elbow Room (world's smallest bar), HardRock Cafe, Squid Row, La Pampa (excellent Argentinian Steakhouse) and even the shopping mall are all within a 1 to 10 minute walk of Unit 103 at Plaza Nautica. There is even a movie theatre in the mall. When we were there in May 2009 we found a real gem called "The Jazz Spot" located on the marina. If you like jazz then you should check this place out. Thank you to the owner of Unit 103 for making the ability to rent Unit 103 very easy and affordable. Also, we have made some very good new friendships each time we have traveled to Cabo and to this very day continue to be in touch. What more can you ask for?

The room is very nice however there are only 4 television channels compared to 50 the year before.We stayed in suite 209. The walls and windows are paper thin and you can hear every sound from the lady walking upstairs early in the morning to the guy below clearing his throat. You hear every little sound and it was the same last year.It's a great location but the building itself needs a little TLC.The noises that gets your family up at 7 in the morning wouldprobably stopping from coming back, and this my second year. Nothing against the owner ,he's vry accommidating.Also if you want to use the pool forgetit.It's freezing and it's part of the local gym that the hotel rents out to the locals.

While the condo we were in was absolutely gorgeous, it was not at all convenient for anything. #103 is located at the "back", overlooking the sports bar and others, making it very noisy. There is no view of the marina. This is a great place for young adults who want to be close to all the night time activities. There is a security guard on duty in the evenings, but they are pretty lax, as they just prop the main door open and sit around the corner. We had several "timeshare" people come up to our condo! Since the fitness center is located at the Plaza Nautica, the "security gate" at the top of the stairs is always left open, so there really is not any security. If you are fortunate enough to have a condo towards the front, the view is actually of the huge parking lot and chain link fence and then you can see the marina off in the distance.
The condo we were in had a washer and dryer, but the instructions, etc. were in Spanish! When I contacted the owner and suggested that he might want to put some "english" instructions, his comment was "...after all...you are in Mexico"..!
I, as well as my family and friends who traveled with us, would not ever stay or recommend the Plaza Nautica condos to anyone, except those who want to party all the time!

We stayed in condo #108 and it was great!! The staff was also great. The condo had everything you could need but your tooth brush. We never took a cab we just walked everywhere.Fishing we pulled in over 45 fish. Then we took them to a restaurant on the pier and they cooked them up for us. If we can work in out we are going back next.
