I found true hospitality from the owners at the Club Cabo Inn. This establishment was a comfortable Mexican experience. The accomodations were unique and clean. Wireless was free. The Hammocks were great. They are placed between palm trees for shade allowing tropical views as palm branches touch the sky. I got a genuine tropical feel from the natural grounds not found at other Cabo retreats. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in even compared to much more expensive places. It is not to be confused with a fancy resort. It is an outback palapa type of experience. Anyone with a spirit for the real Cabo would enjoy this Inn. It is not luxurious nor was it meant to be. The price is very reasonable. It has a good swimming pool, outdoor barbeques and on-site owners who want to please.

This is not at all what it is advertised as. In fact I'm pretty sure that all of the positive reviews were written by the owner himself. I can't imagine ANYONE wanted to get married in this place!
It was dirty, looked run down and was in great need of repair.
It is NOT an easy walk to the beach. It was a dusty, unlit road. Not safe.

But aside from that the worst part by far was the owner. He tried to charge us a different rate from the one we originally agreed upon once we got there. He made several remarks that made us feel uncomfortable being there. I wanted to turn around and go home. I have never had a negative experience travelling in Mexico before this event.

My husband and 1 1/2 year old son have been here for a week (we are checking out today) and it has been a great experience. I disagree 100% with the previous reviewer who commented on "bad language, loud sex and drugs." I believe we are in the same room (Suite B, next door to a gentleman on a long term stay) and we would not even know he was there. On the contrary, we have enjoyed the tranquility and quiet, seeing stars at night and hearing a variety of birds during the day, and being just a few minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The owners have been very kind and seem to really care that we are having a good stay. The suite is spacious (full kitchen and living area with separate bedroom) and I must mention that the bed is one of the most comfortable in a hotel in a long time - very different from the think mattresses on top of a cement block like many hotels in Mexico. All in all, a very nice stay!

Our stay in Martin and Irene's backyard oasis was most enjoyable. We walked to town everyday. The first 1/2 kilometre included a rustic, bush-lined road that proved to be very scenic after dark with the full moon. (We never felt unsafe) Our hosts upgraded us to their upper cabana that was very cool at night - a treat for us northerners - no need for a/c even when the daytime heat had reached above 30C. The Club Cabo Inn is situated between two very large all-inclusive conglomerates and is a wonderful quiet stay away from the madding crowd. Last but not least, a note about our hosts; Martin and Irene, who drove us to town and also to catch our bus back to the airport, were very approachable and helpful.
