The hotel was very clean and the desk personnel was very helpful when we were not picked up by the shuttle, Edwardo made several phone calls for us and made arrangments for a taxi and told the driver who to see at the airport for payment. We enjoyed our stay here.

Dont book this hotel, pictures are not accurate, rooms are too small. There is no place for luggage unless you have one small piece. Right on a busy strret. No balconies. Booked it but had to move to another hotel.

THIS PLACE WAS TERRIBLE!!! The staff spoke very little English and tried to double-bill us. The rooms were small, but clean. The area around the hotel was very, very sketchy. During the trip we were told that this hotel was located next to a brothel and a drug house. I would rather pay to sleep on the beach than at this place.

Our family (9) recently spent 2 weeks in Baja. We travelled around this absolutely beautiful place seeing and experiencing as much as possible. On our arrival in Cabo San Lucas we were recommended to try the Seven Crown Hotel. From the moment we all arrived at the door to the time we checked out, we were treated exceptionally well. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff spoke english, were very polite and very informed about the city and helped us alot with fishing sightseeing and restaurants.We were never disappointed.The hotel would be a perfect place for the business traveler as well. It was located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough that you could easily walk. We will be returning again someday. Hats off to the owners.
