My husband and I spent a week at Terrasol 122. The location was fantastic; we heard nothing but the ocean at night and were still within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the marina. #122 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in a small complex right on the beach. It is on the first floor and has a great patio off of the living room and master bedroom that opens directly onto Solmar beach. Solmar is a large and quiet beach. It is dangerous for swimming but from this location you can easily walk or climb to Lover's Beach or, if you're a little more ambitious, you can walk a mile to Mandando Beach. The pool is also steps from the front door of the condo. There is a poolside bar and restaurant where we had a great breakfast with wonderful service. #122 is spacious and well supplied. The master bedroom had a mattress with adjustable firmness; a soft bed in Mexico is a real luxury. Unlike many condos that we have rented from individual owners, daily maid service is available. We were also able to pay $5 per day for parking though once we walked to the car we were almost half way to town. There is no usable workout room but plenty of places to walk or run nearby. The owners, Steve and Rena were gracious and kind. They are not always quick e-mailers, be patient in waiting for responses from them.

We are return customers and we just adore this unit. The place is very clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, laundry soap, toilet paper ( I say this because some units we heard were not) It has been remodeled since our last stay and is very relaxing and quiet. I like that each room has it's own AC as I freeze at night and my family is hot! The condo is pool side and great views. This is nice as we had kids with us and they liked that it was easy to come and go. We will continue to stay at this unit.

Once again this year we traveled to Cabo San Lucas for my birthday week in December. We go the week before the busy season, get great rates and love the deserted feel of the resort and town. Booking through Tim at Rockstar Rentals again, we had the same oceanfront condo #125. This condo is ground floor, step off onto the beach and 12 steps (i counted) to the pool and palapa bar/restaurant. If you want a barefoot vacation with absolutely no hassle or stress..this is it. Because the complex is owner owned and run, you can take your own drinks to the pool and food or purchase at the palapa bar for a very minimal cost by resort standards. Walk into town easily or take one of the many cabs waiting by the main office. Honestly, we travel alot, all over the world and this is my husband's favorite vacation. At one point I had to remind him he had been wearing the same shirt for 3 days!...its completely relaxed and stressfree. The condo 125 is perfect with its satelite tv and radio and huge deck with grill and table and lounge chairs. Sunrise and Sunset vistas right from the patio. Cant rave enough about this place. Tim at Rockstar Rentals..you are my hero once again!!

As a former professional athlete I have traveled and stayed at many resorts aand vacation rentals. I must say that my stay at Terrasol Beach Resort in Cabo was one of my best trips ever.
I stayed in Unit 121 and it was everything and more than I expected. The rooms are spacious and the decor fits the enviornment. All appliances were in perfect working condition and the place was imaculate.
We did not need to rent a car because the 10 minute walk to the happening areas where all restaurants and downtown was the tip of the iceberge.
The service from the staff was friendly and efficent.
My partner and I had a lovely time and can't wait to return asap.
