I went with my friend's daughter who is 11 years old. So, legally she does not count as 1 person. When I booked this place, they told me that it would be 2369 pesos for 2 massages, 2 breakfasts, and stay, which is for 1 person. Therefore, I assumed that the cost was for 2 days, since I saw a package on the Mexican spa website with the same requirements for around 3000 pesos. When I booked it, they told me that the total would be the above cost. So, I said that was fine and booked it for 2 nights. When I checked out, they charged me over 5000 pesos saying that the website that I showed them was for 1 person, but at the same time, they told me that my friend's daughter won't count as a person. However, at the end of the conversation, they said that in Mexico, we pay per room and people do not matter. They have totally contradicted themselves. Needless to say, I only had 1 massage and fought to pay less. They gave me 1 night a little cheaper, but ended up paying double than planned. When we were leaving, they didn't even say thank you and kept on with their work ignoring us as we carried our carry-ons by ourselves to the taxi, since there was construction in front of the building. The construction looks like it will take a while to finish, and it is difficult to sleep in.
