This bed and breakfast is run by a beautiful and charming lady (Ruth) and her 2 daughters. Each of the guest rooms are totally unique. there are many pieces of original art throughout the building and gorgeous plants everywhere. I felt absolutely at home there.
It is conviently located and close to many attractions with a beautiful park right outside the door.
The housekeeping and restaurant staff all perform their duties well and are very friendly. Many locals stop in for the wonderful breakfast, the fresh fruit is delicious. They also serve a 4 course dinner if you request it. One benefit to having dinner there is that Ruth joins you and the conversation is lively.
Ruth has owned the place since the early 1950's and definitly knows how to entertain you and make recommendations on things to do in and around San Miquel. You can take Tango lessons in the spacious library, and if you are lucky you might get to watch Ruth tango with the instructor.
All in all a very memorable experience!
