Clean, confortable & conveniently located, staff friendly and helpful

It's a great little modern hotel located right in Tulum, all rooms are designed for privacy, your own little hacienda, the location is ideal for restaurants and stores and a 5 minute drive to the beach or 15 minute cycle. The rooms are spotless, and there are snacks provided daily with H2o, The staff are friendly and helpful. I certainly would return to Tulum and this hotel. The coffee maker and bar fridge add to your comfort.

The place is conveniently located near the centre of Tulum. It's near the bus station and restaurants. If you want to go to the beaches, you'll however need a taxi (same as with the ruins).
There is no restaurant or breakfast room in the hotel, so it's accommodation only. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though a bit dark. The bathroom was clean as everything else.
The staff wasn't very friendly but arranged for everything we needed.
The "pool" is more like a decoration of the garden. Swimming allowed but impossible.

All-in-all a fine place to stay if you want just somewhere to sleep.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We were 2 families of 4 traveling with children (12 to 16 year old). The rooms were very clean, spacious and pleasant. We were on the ground floor by the swimming pool which made it easy for the children to go in and out of the water. The floors inside and outside the bedrooms were very slippery when wet, so we had to lay down towels to avoid slipping. For breakfast, we made coffee in the room and ate pastries we bought at Carmen Bakery on Main street (10 min. walk). We also bought yogurt and milk around the corner at a small grocery store, as there is a small fridge in the room. The staff was friendly. Taxis were easy to find and drove by the hotel entrance regularly. The AC and fan worked very well. The hotel is well maintained.
