“Terrible Accommodations”

Other than it being right on the ocean, very little about it was good. The pools closed at 7 pm, which was bad for the kids too little to go in the ocean. We had a water leak in the ceiling of our "luxury" condominium for two days, the workmen would wake us up in the morning when they came to work on it. My wifes purse was stolen, the key was taken for the safe deposit box, and it took us 3 days to get towels. The "luxury" condo was military barracks quality. Also no one on site spoke english for 5 out of the 7 days we were there. It was AWFUL

We have been everywhere in Playa, this has to be the best, from the HUGE living room and dinning room with 6 giant glass doors looking out over the caribien sea and the Island of cozumel to the cathedrial ceiling and the granite counters in the kitchen, breakfast bar or the bar in the living room with seperate bar fridge... this place had it all, mahagohony (sorry, can't spell that) cabinets ... brand new beds and new color tv's in every room (3 bedrooms and the living room) and a dolby pro logic surround sound (per my son) system in the living room... a huge selection of videos is available in the condo... along with the fully equiped kitchen and bar.... this place is set to live for more than a month... obviously the owners come here alot (an assumption) but, it is set for how most people live, not travel.... (every convenience is here)... RIGHT ON THE BEACH, close to everything (walking distance) and no better (larger, finer, better equiped) condo available in playa del carmen.... thebestofplaya is where we found this gem!
