This stay was very leisurely and gratifying. My mom, sister and I had a wonderful trip and will definitely return to Playa del Carmen as well as Xama-Ha. The accommodations were just as depicted in the ad. We stayed in #7122. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and courteous and very willing to help with us not being very fluent in Spanish. The condo is a 5 minute walk from the ferry to Cozumel and 5th avenue at the most and is in a gated community. We felt very safe and walked everywhere we went.

We also used SolMayaRentals.com and were very pleased. Their agent was fluent in Spanish but was American and had lived in Playa for some time. I would definitely recommend using this agency for all of your booking needs as well as the services they provide, more specifically, the grocery service. It was very nice getting to the condo and having the pantry and fridge stocked with our groceries that we had ordered prior to our arrival.

Xaham-ha was exactly what we needed. What a perfect location! We stayed in condo 7123 which over looked the beach and pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We loved that we could walk to most everything. This place was perfect for our family. Thanks Steve! Recommendations; Restaurants Xulam in front of Playacar was excellent with reasonable prices and Babes was very good too.
Excursions Xplorer Xcaret, and Xel ha are all excellent parks and well worth the money.

This was our first visit to Mexico. We were planning a trip to Jamaica, but due to the unrest that was happening there, we had to plan a quick trip elsewhere. We were given Steve's name (condo 7123 ) and he was very helpful in getting things organized with such short notice. He even helped accomodate us in another condo because he and his family had a trip of their own planned to their condo during the time we were going to be there. For the same rate he contacted other condo owners and we were moved to the third floor condo with a decktop balcony (7123). Both units were fabulous! Steve was the best! The staff was very helpful....Pablo, Paula and Valentine. Just a quick stop at the desk and they would set up anthing that was needed. I loved the fact that 5th Avenue (shopping district) was only a five minute walk from the condo. The tour guide salespeople or shop owners did get a little annoying, but again, my husband found it entertaining and all you had to do was keep walking and they would go to the next person walking behind you. There were many, many places to eat. The Xulum (right near the condo) was very good. Jorge and the hostess were very pleasant and friendly...they always said "hi" when we walked into town to 5th Avenue. I wasn't too crazy about Senior Frogs (right along the beach) but my husband and son liked their meals. I would highly recommend these condos to anyone looking for a relaxing condo, quiet beach and short distance to anything.

I booked condo #7118 for a week in May and our group was so happy I did. The Xaman Ha Condos are perfectly situated close to 5th Avenue and the beach. Not too far and not too close to any of the local highlights of Playa. We felt very lucky to have found it considering this was our first trip to the area.

The condos were clean, quiet and very relaxing. The maid came every other day, the front desk staff were very helpful and there is always a security guard on site. The regulars in the condos are friendly and helpful as well.

We were all so pleased we couldn't help but to plan our next trip to Playa while we were there! We would highly recommend these condos!
