My daughter and I spent 10 days at this hotel and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful with a smile every time we encountered them. My daughter found her bed too hard and as soon as we told them, right away, they brought a comfy topper which made the bed lovely. The room was very quiet and we both slept wonderfully. The breakfast for $5/day when you book is well worth it. There is an ample selection of food and it is fresh and tasty. The breakfast area is located outside and is a really nice spot to eat. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is a short block from all of the action on 5th Ave. where there is endless shopping and reasonable restaurants. Try Carabis on 4th just above 5th. Friends joined us there and we all loved it. Bites on 5th near 30th is very good as well. Check out the restaurants on the internet, every one we tried was great. The hotel is just a few blocks up from the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

What a great place to stay!! This boutique hotel offers a great location just off of 5th Avenue. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The grounds are absolutely beautiful & relaxing-will certainly be back.

Just returned after 10 days. This was our 6th trip to Playa and our first stay at Hacienda. We will definitely be back. All the staff were excellent and the rooms were spacious and clean. Great value and location. Thanks to all!

I was looking for a reasonable quality boutique hotel in Playa for my first visit. Using Tripadvisor i selected Hacienda Paradise & could not have been more pleased with the choice. The hotel is well located close to 5th Ave, has all necessary faclities. It offers good value accommodation and facilities, is very clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. I would not hesitate to visit again.
