We are sorry to hear that you found it difficult to make your restaurant reservations. Our restaurants fill up quickly, especially during high season, and you can contact us in advance of your stay at cservice@mx.occidentalhotels.com, in order to reserve your dinners.
Our dress code is explained on our website, in the daily resort newspaper “Royal Journal” and mentioned by our lobby concierges during the check-in. Also the travel agents know about our dress code.
We are sorry that one of our dinner shows at our Club Royale Theater was not to your liking, and I will forward your comments to our Entertainment Manager. Apart from the shows we also have nightly live music and karaoke.
I would like to thank you again for your comments as they truly help us to improve and we are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations.
Best regards
