We decided to eat at Rosa's because we wanted to be close to the outdoor music on the Paseo on a Sunday night. We walked in and had the place to ourselves. It was a bit unnerving at first. You would think with all those waiters around that the service would be superior, it wasn't. We never got asked for another glass of wine or another cup of coffee.
However, the food was excellent. The chicken and black beans were exquisitely prepared and served. The chocolate dessert was delicious.
For the experience, it was probably overpriced.
The rest of the story is that it started to pour rain outside and the staff very graciously got a cab for us to get back to our house.
