We stayed in room 309 for 3 days, it was the most tatty dingy hotel room we have ever stayed in. The (what they jokingly called a bathroom) was as bad. No coffee making facilities, tv only worked on 1 channel, only 1 chair ( to be fair room not big enough for 2). Only bath towels supplied no hand towels or flannels. Air con antiquated noisy and uncontrollable.
No public lounge, no swimming pool only child size plunge pool by reception. No gardens, roof terrace a joke couple of old table and chairs surrounded by air con units.
This was supposed to be 4 star!!. If we could have cotacted our rep we would have been gone. NEVER AGAIN.
