Most of the rooms had no oceanview, even though the place (you can't call it a resort or beachclub) was beachfront property. Occupancy rate during Christmas was VERY low. Guests stayed one or two night and then left for another hotel.
The place is NOT centrally located.
GO someplace else. Isla Mujeres is a fun place and worth the visit, just not at Cristalmar.
