“"The absolute Best Nest on Cozumel!" booked tru cozumelseaside.com”

We travel to Cozumel several times each year, and have stayed in most hotels and major condos at one time or another. If you are reading these Flip Key reviews, you have no doubt already figured out that you will get much more space, comfort, and overall value for your housing dollar in a condo in Cozumel than in any of the hotels. Having said that, Nah Ha 401 exceeds all other choices we know for comfortable accommodations on the island. None of the things that can bug you on vacation will occur here -- the beds are truly comfortable (not rock hard like some other choices we could name). The air Con is powerful, responsive, and effective. The maintenance of pool and grounds is exceptional, the views are breathtaking, the decor and furnishings are simple, attractive, elegant, and comfortable. The kitchen is stylish, functional, and well equipped -- while we had to buy an exprimador (to juice limes) at one recent condo stay, Nah Ha 401 boasted not only 2 exprimadors, but also an electric Braun juicer -- enough to squeeze bushels of limes! Having the property managers (Isabella and Matias) living right next door is wonderful -- a brief issue with water system repairs was looked into and solved in less than 10 minutes, where similar situations have incapacitated facilities in other condos for long hours. Booking, check-in, and departure were all smooth and easy. You will probably want to rent a car (use some of the money you save by not staying in a hotel), but parking slots are visibly assigned, so you will never have to wrestle or compete for a parking space at Nah Ha. I'm somewhat reluctant to share all the wonderful features of this rental, since that might reduce the likelihood of its availability the next time I'd like to stay there, but this is one choice that simply should not be overlooked.

“Convenient, luxurious home”

I have posted a review via flip key on Unit 602's Trip Advisor site so will not include all the details here, but wanted to add some photos. Nah Ha, and specifically Unit 602. consists of spacious 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condos with a great view and superior snorkeling right off the pool area. North coast (see photo) was great - not too crowded, convenient walk to downtown (or taxi). Full amenities like kitchen, full size fridge, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. made the trip so much easier (less to pack; relaxing). Unit was contemporary and comfortable. Staffed with 24 hour security and every other day housekeeping. Highly recommended.

“Relaxing waterfront home away from home with easy access to town.”

We stayed in #602, the owners of this unit are AWESOME, we haven't met them but we really like them, they have put together their own guide books with everything you would want to know about the condo and the island. How do you work things in the spacious kitchen? It's in a binder. Where are their favorite places to eat? It's in a binder. There's a book with reviews written by guests; it was fun to read and we contributed. We contacted Isabella the property manager about renting a vehicle and she responded immediately, the vehicle was dropped off at the condo. 602 is beautiful, it's right on the water; the only thing between the water and the condo is a beautiful pool area, sparkling clean water, plenty of places to lounge, read, relax. To snorkel, simply go down the short and sturdy metal ladder into the water which is deep enough not to be worried about hitting coral but shallow enough to see very clearly. Lots of fish. Boats bring people out there to snorkel, and we could just walk outside and get in the water from the condo. The unit is very clean and comfortable, each bedroom has it's own full bath and there is a half bath for the main living area. Good electronics, TV, music, plug for iphone to play tunes, internet. My laptop picked up the wifi really well. Very good A/C. Filtered water, and bottled water. We really like to walk, and we thought it was a really easy walk into town, 45 minutes or so, but it was also very easy to hail taxis. We bought groceries at the Mega and had breakfast and lunch at the condo. We ate dinners in town, all of the restaurant recommendations were good, we really enjoyed our meals. Non smoking!! Good elevator, can also take stairs if you want. Private outdoor storage unit for your dive gear so you don't have to lug it upstairs. One private parking spot.

We stayed in 602 the week of April 17th. The condo was excellent for the two of us. It was just as beautful inside as the views from the patio looking over the pool and ocean. The views were better than the photos could show. We spent much of the time relaxing on the patio overlooking the ocean. The owners where great to deal with and had tons of inforamtion available to help in finding palces to eat, beaches to visit and etc. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Cozumel and if all goes well, we look forward to returning.

“Wow, the home made our vacation more relaxing, alowing us to rejuvinate for the next day.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 February 2010

We loved Nah-Ha 301. My first impression was that we were staying in someones home. It has many things that I don't even have at home. We felt pampered right from the moment they met us at the airport and escorted us "home". We have 3 children (12, 10, & 3 yrs) and their was enough room for everyone settle in and have their own space.
We did some cooking and baking and the well stocked kitched had everything we could have wanted. We took full advantage of the wireless internet and the free phone to USA, and Canada. The kids could get online to check homework and chat with friends.
Their was even an ipod station-- Amazing. Two huge things for us on vacation are the showers, and the beds. The ample hot water delivered us all that extra long shower, and the comfy beds and great blinds allowed us to sleep in.
Cozumel is the nicest place in Mexico for us because we felt very safe and we could get in the ocean. The kids have a new appreciation for Gods creatures after snorkeling,
and swimming with the dolphins. Our 3yr old just wanted to build a sand castle, and we were at a nice beach every day. We were very grateful for all the hints and recommendations that were provided. We called it the Nah-Ha "bible", and took it will us every day. All the attractions are close by which allowed us to "follow our nose" and
hang out where we were having fun. All in all, it was fabulous.
