Overall, the hotel is very clean, nice layout, and comfortable rooms.

Check in/Check out was easy.

Included breakfast buffet was great with pre-made, and made to order options. Hot and cold items. Lots of selection.

Wifi worked great. I'm picky on this and this hotel had extenders in the hallways clearly visible so signal was strong.

Decent location, right on the sea road. Close walk to restaurants and shops.

I'd recommend this hotel, and plan on staying there again when I head to Cozumel again.

We have just spent 10 nights at Casa Mexicana. It is our 2nd time and it is still great!! So clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, especially Jamie at the breakfast buffet. We are divers and eat a light breakfast so didn't get to try so much at the buffet but what we had was great. Perfect location, close to many great restaurants. We wil return soon!

I have travelled to Cozumel many times before for diving but this time my father and myself decided to stay downtown since we eat out at all the great local restaurants every night. The hotel is located directly across from the water so there is always a breeze through the open concept hallways and main floor where the check in, pool/lounge chairs and free use of computers and wifi are located. The check in was a breeze, they had all our info ready to go, they brought us fresh juice and cold towels which was a nice touch. We told them we had a rental car and they gave us our parking pass. The parking lot is just around the corner from the hotel. We got the standard room which faced the East side into town. We were also able to see our car from our balcony. The room had two beds, a table and chairs and a fridge which we promptly filled with beer. Hot water wasn't an issue and we were very happy with our room. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Fresh squeezed orange juice, made to order omelettes, waffles and pancakes and great mexican classics. The staff at the Casa Mexicana are very friendly and are always cleaning. I will be staying at the Casa Mexicana again in the near future.

We have stayed here many times and along with the convenience and the fabulous buffet breakfast we are always impressed with how clean and well maintained the facilities are. There is always someone scrubbing floors or cleaning guest areas...and did I mention the location and the breakfast??
