Due to an upcoming snowstorm, we needed to get out of town. I had two hours to make the necessary reservations. The Courtyard could not have been more accommodating. Our shuttle was waiting upon arrival. Check in was smooth and our room was perfect. The grounds appear to be newly updated and the pool was crystal clear. The wait staff was very friendly and even served us by the pool. The front desk asked what time we would be departing so they would have the shuttle ready. Right on time. If you need a hotel near the Cancun airport, this is it.

The most important reason you stay in a short term hotel near the airport is so you can have a place to SLEEP before Transit well this hotel failed miserably !!
The bed mattress was awful
And the sheets and Mattress cover both were not fitted so they continued to clump up all night
We tossed and turned continuously
I call the frontdesk to make them aware of the problem and they asked my how come I didn't complain when I first inspected the room upon arrival!!
I told them I don't want compensation but I want them to consider rectifying the problem for future guests

This hotel is quiet, private, close to the airport, and offers regular shuttles to and from the airport. The breakfast buffet is very good, and the dinner menu has a variety of selections. A very minor criticism would be that I would appreciate more bent toward authentic Mexican food. When I travel to Mexico I prefer a menu less typical of that of a hotel chain.

We have stayed at the this hotel more than once. It is a perfect venue for a relaxing evening before a flight back to the frozen north. It is a beautiful, clean and hospitable hotel with a pool and spa. Breakfast buffet is excellent and best of all it is only a short shuttle ride to the airport. Shuttle leaves every 10 minutes so there is no fear of being late for your flight. Love it and will definitely return again and again.
