After recieving the service and expieriencing the abience which Me Cancun has created, made our vacation full of good memories which will last a lifetime.The mgt and staff work beyond what normally you would expect from a resort,special thanks to Abraham,Natalia,Fransico,Nadel,Eddy and Israel. Honestly,the complete staff should be commended for their extreme efforts to help make your stay very pleasureable.All resorts should take lessons from Me Cancun.If you are lucky enough to have booked here your vacation will be one to remember.The ability to manage large groups,weddings,couples and singles was all orchestrated perfectly.We will return.

We stayed for 2 nights after spending a few days at another hotel in Cancun (which was not all-inclusive). We can feel the difference. ME Cancun was a great all-inclusive resort, and we really enjoyed our time.

From the moment you arrived you’ll notice the hip and trendy ambience, almost felt like a club. Its Café del mar meets Bebel Gilberto. Its hip and trendy, which means it could be noisy at night with music blaring from the lounge downstairs, especially if you stay at lower floors. It didn’t bother us at all as we were downstairs partying with the other guests! :)

I love the design and the contemporary decoration in the room, Its simple yet audaciously colorful. We had an ocean facing room, and our view, despite no balcony, was splendid.

All restaurants we’ve been to (3 out of 4) were really good. It wasn’t that difficult getting a reservation, but I recommend you to book it a few hours in advanced as ‘Silk’ and ‘Salt’ restaurants could be fully booked if you didnt make reservation.

All of the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. At the restaurants, we almost never had to call the waiter for refill to our margaritas as they were always there to spot our needs. The service on the beach was also great and prompt. The one let down was that the Bali beds in the beachclub was not free and you have to pay USD25.

I will not shop around for another all-inclusive resort next time I visit Cancun, I will definitely go back to ME Cancun.

The ME Cancun was a great property with modern décor and friendly staff. The food in all restaurants was the best I have had at an all inclusive resort and the reservations were easy to get. We stayed for 4 nights and were able to book reservations at all 4 restaurants the first day we were there. The beach staff were great and they never took more than a few minutes to refill your drinks. I really liked that they had cans of Corona which they would load up a bucket with ice so you could always have a few.

Others mentioned that you had to sign for everything which was the case but not that big of a hassle. They did let you “start a tab” on the beach so you only had to sign once which was a little better. I did ask about this policy and they stated some of the guests were not all inclusive but I don’t recall seeing anyone that wasn’t. The rooms are a good size and the modern bathrooms with Rain showers were a nice touch compared to some of the older resorts. The property is gorgeous and I would definitely plan a trip back here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights after having been for a week at Moon Palace. Night and day these two hotels. From the moment you walk in, you can tell its modern, cool, a bit of a club though. The room was amazingly large - comfy bed, beautiful shower, nice Aveda products, love the robe and slippers. The food quality was amazing - loved SILK. The pool was nice and so was the beach. Just note - that although it is all-inclusive you get a bill for everything so tipping is a lot more prevalent. Great hotel - lots of couples there, so if you're travelling solo might not be the best place for you.
