1. food is digusting! everything looks amazing but once you try it, you spit it out. (i've never been picky with food). mashed potatoes made from powder, meat unchewable, fish has a weirddd taste, also the juices have weird taste.
2. cocktails, slushies and other alcoholic mixes are very bad especially the ones with ice. their machines dont break the ice properly.
3. when it was raining, which it was, for most of the trip, the WHOLE hotel was fludded, including rooms, lobby, pool area. those poor mexican workers were getting rid of the water with baskets and towels. our shoes on the floor were sogged and when i went to complain in the reception i was told " the whole hotel is fludded, everyone got affected, not only your room"
4. at the restaurants, you gotta wait for an hour ( no joke) to get your meal after you order.
5. they only clean your room after 3,4,5pm. so if you wanna go back to your room after the beach before those hours and take a shower, youll have a messy room + no clean towels, and many times they forget to give some of the towels.
6. elevators are always stuck.
7. at the reception, everything is SO messy, with papers and junk all over the counter, they need to look for your documents everywhere, nothing is computerized, everything is on paper.
8. many people i talked to got food poisoning.
9. ONLY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE THAT WANNA GET DRUNK AS HELL AND PARTY. im young too and wanted to party but that was just WAY too much, everyone was smashed puking all over the lobby, carried on wheelchairs.
10. worst vacation ever! made me wanna stay home forever... wanted to leave after 2 days there.

The place is full of screaming, drunken, spoiled, puking, idiot kids from all over the world who carry on their chaotic delerium all through the night. After the third try we finally got a room on the
top floor where we could get a small amount of sleep after 2:00 A.M.

Finally, after being accosted by a French speaking (of course) neanderthal on the beach who threatened to beat up both me and my wife, we demanded and were transferred to a much nicer place (Oasis Sens).

But if your knuckles drag the ground, you have more tattoos than clues, and you need to compensate for your small manhood by beating up old men and women then this is the place for you.

Speaking French is not required but skill at projectile vomiting is required to stay here-- so you may want to practice.

My husband and I stayed there. The rooms were clean but kept getting locked out. The cards didn't work properly. The food was pretty much standard and always available. My husband got sick soon after our arrival. We tried a trip to Isla Maharais but he was so uncomfortable and the bathrooms weren't readily available that we had to cut it short. We were there in August and the flies were terrible. The staff in the lobby wasn't very friendly. The maids and wait staff were great. I was fine until the day before we left. Thank heavens for Imodium.

This was my worst vacation so far and I am taking two to three vacations a year. This place is for drunken party animals. I do like to party myself but everything has a limit.
This hotel has no entertainment over the day, even though the flyers they give advertise a lot of things to do over the day. When I asked the staff, they did not know where all the activities should take place, but when we found the place, there was the only thing that they did through the day: advertised the club they will be going to that night. No pool volleyball, no water polo, no aerobics, nor any other fun games that other resorts offer. Nightly shows were even worse; they were performed at the local disco, there were about twenty seats to take, and about 20 people can watch standing. Food was the same every day. When it rained, we had water all over our room. Staff was not helpful at all. Room service was terrible: constantly we had to ask for towels, for coffee packs for coffee maker. The check in took from 1pm to 4:30 pm and the room key was not a magnetic card but actual metal key. It is not worth the money you pay; there are a lot of places for the same money that you can enjoy.
