this has to be one of the best.
We landed here because we love Marriott and needed a winter getaway. Struggling to find airline tickets and having never been to Cancun and it seems everyone else in the world has been, we snagged this one to see what we were missing. We ate in, all but one meal, walked to a shopping area once, fell for a scam on the bus, then spent 4 days in the spa. So glad we spent to extra money on a Marriott because we hardly left our hotel. Beautiful pools and beach. No matter how much it's prettied up, you have to remember it's still Mexico...

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was impeccable. The rooms were great. The pool is amazing and the beach is immaculate. The room service was delicious and reasonably priced. Spa is fantastic, had a great massage.

We arrived at the hotel to check in around 2:30 am. The bell boy was already expecting me by name…first nice detail…The room was very comfortable with a nice “Marriot bed”. Outstanding elegant bathroom with a convenient 2 sink units. Then…the balcony…we had our doubts before selecting the hotel because the building position made us think it was not the best for sightseeing…however, the balcony will give you the chance to have a very nice view of the blue water along with the hotels line and the lagoon all together…therefore we were very happy at the end with the view…Breakfast: good but I have had better in other Marriot hotels…The pool: just Great: infinity view to the sea, Jacuzzis...nice…and finally but most importantly: The amazing Caribbean beach…you can have your “palapa” with the extension chair in a very safe and beautiful location…In summary, we had great moments at this hotel with nice facilities and service…I would recommend this hotel..Enjoy…

We stayed in the Club 91 level which was fabulous. Everything was just perfect! We had an oceanview room that was very spacious and
the view was incredible. The entire staff were very accommodating and very friendly. We are already planning our trip there next year.
