It was trip around Yucatán stat of Mexico.
We were with car & looked for Hotel on the beach not too far from downtown & night life areas.
I booked this hotel by Booking.com & receive my miles for this booking.
I booked hotel because on the website was remark just 2 rooms with this price left.
When I arrived it was empty hotel. I sow just 1 family guests.
My room usage two rooms, kitchen & toilet/shower. TV, king size bed & 2 another beds. But it not looks like luxury! It looks more like room for 4-5 person of staff!
In room I saw some cucaracha/cockroach/Schabe.
Restaurant was too expensive as for empty hotel & due to assortment.
In the 7 p.m. hotel beach was closed (I suppose due to hotel empty). In the mourning I saw Beach is not really good cause yacht-club Qbay is exactly on the beach!
Breakfast was too poor. & I was completely enraged when hear "tips is not inclusive in price"!
I change this hotel & was absolutely happy in all another places of my stay!

We were given a simple and spacey room. The bathroom was middle-sized and had a relatively old shower. There was a large living room area with an empty kitchen (a sink only) and extra beds.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool area, beside the restaurant. In contrast, the beach area is rather small and at times crowded with groups waiting for the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Supposedly, there was also a tennis court. However, when we tried to use it, they had no tennis balls and it was impossible to buy them anywhere.

The continental breakfast in the hotel was simple: a coffee, juice and white toasted bread with jam.

Hotel workers were in general friendly and most guests were Mexican.

We find this hotel by accident (leaving our first hotel perlas behind!!) and booked our room "from the road". We had, big, clean room whit: tv, airc. and wiews.. there was some noice from the party boat and food was just ok, but it was our paradice!
Good value for the money we paid, good service, expesially at the front disk and cleanrs =D

Holy crap, I couldn't believe when I looked at the pictures of this place. I stayed there in 1982 and even the sign out front is the same!!! It wasn't very nice back then, but I do remember it had very high security. They really knew when you came and went. Our room was a funky bi-level deal and was dark. There were only about 20 hotels max on the "strip" back then, so the pickings were slim.
