You get what you pay for. Room 1 - sewerage smell from bathroom, room 2 - aircondiitioning not working(no fans), room 3 - bugs in the beds. Mattresses old, stained and with holes. Pool - large and refreshing, but missing most of its mosaic tiles. One particularly tip insistent waiter in the restuarant. Reception staff generally helpful, but there is only so much they can with the facilities they are offering.

We stayed at this resort that my friend booked for 4 nights. At first it seemed nice and quiet, i read all the mixed reviews and figured that it wasn't as bad as ppl said. On the second night there someone (probably security) robbed my room, phone camera and money. THat kind of ruined the mood for me. On the second last day our toilet clogged, just like all the reviews talked about. If you are thinking of staying here do yourself a favour and spend the extra money for a 4 star. It will be well worth it!

I cannot believe that we only paid 28 dollars per night. We had a HUGE room, the hotel was right on the beach (the beach wasn't really good for swimming, but if you walked farther down, there were miles and miles of beautiful beaches). The staff was great. The place was clean. My fiance and I had the best vacation of our lives at this hotel. I have been to plenty of all-inclusives, and I can honestly say that we had a more enjoyable experience exploring Cancun instead of staying in one place. Cancun really is a magical destination. I couldn't have asked for anything more. In fact, my fiance and I are planning our next trip to Cancun, and we will definitely stay at QBay again!

We spent 2 nights in that Hotel and found it great. The price is excellent and rooms spacious. We even had one with a view to the ocean. We found it to be clean. It is a good place if you want to visit the n water parks or the other fun parks they have in Cancun. I would not recommend it if you are lookig for a vacation by the beach though, as the beach they have is that place where the boats leave to Isla Mujeres. If you are looking for a beach you might want to consider the public beach.
