We stayed in Cynthia Sweatt's condo and we were disappointed. First of all, the thing is on the mezzanine level, which isn't even one floor up. It overlooks a noisy patio that blocks the view of the ocean. The pictures she put up made it look like we would be quite high up with a "bird's eye" view of things. No bird would have stayed that low to the ground.

No coffee pot, the remotes were broken, the bedroom was noisy, no hot water, constant interruptions by the landlady (to get something, to show the condo to people).

The absolute worst part is that the clubs right next to the building have music that is so loud it is impossible to sleep until 7am on a weekend. Extremely loud.

We will not stay here again and we recommend that you find something higher up.

We stayed in unit 602 and we were pleased with this unit.I would rate this 3.5 star unit with a 5 star view.The view alone is incredible,the location is perfect,there are some disappointments which come with an older building and being in Mexico and the standards we are use to.This unit is well worth the reasonable price asked by the owners, who live next door,and they were always willing to provide information on shopping and touring.

Carisa y Palma Condos will never be mistaken for a Four Seasons, but the rooms are serviceable and the Location in Cancun is the Best! Walking distance from all popular clubs and malls. Beach is nice. And Price is right. This seems like a college kids Spring Break dream. I would NOT reccomend for family with small children or anyone looking for really nice hotel.

We stayed in Cynthia Sweatts Condo 501-B, for two weeks ,which was absolutly BEAUTIFUL!!! It was clean, convienent, and all the staff was there 24 hours a day at our beck and call. They treated us like we were royalty!! We will certinally be staying at Cynthia's properties again. It was WAYYY more than what we expected. Thank You for such a great Vacation
