I have a blast at this hotel. Very nice and clean. The people were awesome and very helpful. The beach and pools were very nice. I will go there again and stay!!!!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and it was the worst days of my life. Our room had no air conditioning; no water pressure in the bathroom and on the 2nd to last day, the water went down and we got a case of food poisoning. Can't flush.....need to go....not good! We would NEVER visit this place again. And would not recommend it to our worse enemies.

This is a historical review dating back to September 2003 but trying to review all my previous holidays.
We went as 5 girls in out mid to late 20's and loved it. We like the collonial style of the hotel, rooms were clean and the pool and beach were what we wished for.
Staff were polite, food was good and I fell in love with a friench man who I saw for a few months following my return to the UK :0 )
We had no complaints and was great for a group of friends. We did encounter a hurricaine whilst there and had to spend a day in our rooms, staff were helpful and reassuring and spent hours taping all the patio doors up!
I have travelled extensively since visitng this hotel and still have fond memories of this holiday and would definately reccomend this hotel. I have stayed in better but this was just lovely.

We stayed in 2005 when Hurricane Wilma hit. We were evacuated into a school in Cancun. The staff were amazing they looked after us stayed with us and cared for us beyond belief. It was a very threatening and scary time. The staff were amazing the hurricane proceedure was well planned and went smoothly. Our rooms my teenagers, husband and I were near to the sea wall the buildings were steady although trashed but weathered the storm. I am so glad we stayed here other people were in their hotels throghout the hurricane and suffered terribly. Wilma was no walk in the park.. We have a great fondness for the staff and owners of this hotel ...good people Don't diss this hotel
