It was the first trip to Mexico with my fiance for the New Years Eve. We stayed at Fiesta. Bare in mind that this is a family hotel, so it was just too many children for us. Hotel service is very good, as they are trying pretty hard. But for the overall quality it is way too expensive. You have to pay for everything: breakfast, internet, sauna etc and even gym, so at the end we paid the same amount as in South of France in summer. Breakfast was very average, most of the food was chinese for some reason and didnt change for the whole two weeks we were there. Rooms are spacious, but nothing special. I think we would have had a much better time in Miami just across the channel.

This was our second time going to the Fiesta at Grand Coral Beach. The first some seven years ago. The beach has certainly changed since the last time due to a hurricane. On our previous visit the waters were extremly calm but this time around not so much. Although it was still safe enough for the kids.
The only down side to staying here is they charge for everything so beware of that. Otherwise a very nice trip.

We stayed here early January for just 2 days to experience the party atmosphere we've heard about in Cancun before heading down to the Riviera Maya for a week at another resort.

Booked through priceline we got an excellent rate for this property. Its located just steps away from the main drag of the zona hotelera so all the night clubs and restaurants are very close although you have to cross the road (really a highway) to get there. Stumble home carefully. Fortunately, the property is just far enough away to be quiet.

The property's beach is beautiful with a nice stretch of white sand. Unfortunately, the beach faces north so you lose the sun mid afternoon. Sleep in and you'll miss it.

Our room (331, I think) was on a lower floor but it had a huge terrace that were common on this floor but all the units above us just had balconies. There was a sectional just inside the terrace with a terrific view of the beach. The bed and bathroom was 3 steps up overlooking the sitting area and terrace. Overall, the layout of the room made for a dramatic entrance ending in a picture perfect view.

The hotel is grand and well maintained but is showing its age but only by design. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable.

Wifi is an extra cost and was slow.

Beautiful property and rooms.The pool goes on forever. We were served lunch right in the pool. Great beach access. Lobby is inviting and has quiet spots for drinks.
