Stayed in tower 2000, unit 601. everything as expected and more. The condo was very clean, had all the amenities one would need. The beach and pools were both great. Room 601 in Tower 2000 was excellent. Views were awesome. Beach was beautiful and clean. I had to call the property manager a couple of times about questions and she was very responsive. The only negative was the patio furniture. I wish it was a little more comfortable.

Overall, this is one of the best places we have stayed. We definitely recommend the Bay View Grand and room 601. We hope to be back soon.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and their 3 year old son rented Condo #1603 in Tower B. My overall review is excellent. The Bay View complex pool and beach area was fabulous as was the spaciousness of the condo. The view from the bedrooms and living room alone made us feel we were in a place that offered total relaxation. We booked the taxi from the airport in advance and it and the greeting and details given to us upon arrival were the beginning of a vacation that ended far too soon. We were in walking distance of a convenience store, a mall and quite a few restaurants but most of the eateries were not to our taste. We had no problem getting to other restaurants by bus and even made a trip to Walmart to purchase some groceries. Our two restaurant stand-outs of the week were a excellent, interesting Cuban restaurant (La Bodeguita Del) that was within walking distance, and a fabulous Italian Fusion Restaurant (Locanda Paolo; www.locandapaolo,com) with a talented, creative chef, and wonderful wait staff. Thanks Trip Advisor for your contribution in making our stay in Cancun a lovely experience. I did, however, wish the condo had a restaurant in addition to the small bar cafe on the beach.

My husband and I stayed here at the end of February 2010 with a group totaling 7 people. The condo was immaculate, spacious and beautiful with unbelievable views of the beach and pool from many balconies. We were able to see rays feeding in the ocean one day and saw the last space shuttle streak through the sky from the heated pool on our 2nd night. We must thank Charlie the security guard for his quick rescue of 2 of our party from the rough seas. 24/7 Management was outstanding and attentive to all questions and concerns. The beds and mattresses in our unit ( tower 2A 401) were the best we ever had on any vacation. We were in walking distance to dining, shopping and the bus stop. Bring pesos for the snack bar at the pool-no credit cards per usual for eating establishments in Cancun(make sure their credit card machines are "working" before and after you order!) Enjoy
