OK if you are looking for luxurious this is not the place to go. If you are looking for a great beach, nice and friendly staff and reasonable rates perhaps is the best option in Cancún.
For families is perfect.
I would only recommend some updating of the rooms, and some noise insulation. You can hear everything that happens in the other rooms.
Room Tip: Rooms facing the Boulevard Kukulcan are noisy.
