Stayed there for a night prior to my flight at 7:00am next day. Stayed with my parents and sister

Reservation was easy over the phone. Paid 1,600MXN for 4 people - including 175MXN for every extra person in the room - paid for 2 extra people, and taxes

Parked the car ok - room was all clean with decent sea view. Ordered room service close to 11:00pm - when I believe restaurant closes, and food was delicious (specially the guacamole)

This was the best deal I got after research of hotels in Veracruz that weekend

I just stayed last week at the Villa Florido hotel in Veracruz and was delighted with my stay. The company that I work for down in Veracruz booked me this little hotel for me since the regular hotel was all booked up and boy, was I surprised with what they got me. You might understand that booking a room here in Mexico can be quite an ordeal if the hotel is not an US Hotel Chain or at least a Mexican one. And this is just the case. This hotel owns 2 or 3 other properties in Mexico, they are not big but for $70 usd per night you can hardly complaint at all but feel more than satisfied. The room and bathroom were clean and confortable. The bed was nice and firm and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
No complaints whatsoever. I would definitely stay there again. The only negatve part of my stay is that I could not use the rest of the hotel ammenities as the pool due to lack of time. I asked the girl at the front desk upon checking out for an email for contacting them again for future stays, their email is [-] The hotel is like a Courtyard or a Holiday Inn but much much better and more cheaper.
