I've traveled around Mexico for a few months and in my experience I can say this hostel is really great 'cause it has everything you need, good atmosphere, an excelent staff Rodrigo, David, Jesus, Jorge buena onda!they can help you with everything you need! thanks for your help.. it´s also very clean.. I recommend this hostel if you are planning to go to san cristobal !

I stayed in this hostel almost a week! great atmosphere, helpful staff. Good location. Spacious rooms. Great gardens. You will also make great friends, in the two dogs chilling out in the garden or patio, I was sad to say goodbye :(
Free breakie, wifi, free films, to watch. Most of all its comfortable and a great place to relax and share stories and tips, with fello travellers! would def recommend.

There is a fee for everything here! Its very expensive compared to other hostel's >> 150 pesos for a shared room... 180 for like a shared room with less people/no bathroom.. and even more for a shared room with a bathroom.. and there is a deposit of 50 pesos! On top of this although there is wifi in the rooms there are no plugs! So I hope your battery is good. Although lockers are big you have to pay money for a lock like 30 pesos! (never heard of this at other hostels). Tours offered but overpriced... The hostel pets are great and the environment is good as well as the people. However I would recommend Akumal hostal down the street.. good environment there too, especially if you aren't doing all those activities that you are paying for in the price of this hostel (salsa lessons, television, bonfire)..

Fantastic hostel with free breakfast. A converted colonial building with a garden and sun terrace. Our double room was excellent value, had an en-suite and well decorated. Lots of extra blankets for the cold evenings.
