very nice Hotel, with the traditional Oaxaca flavor.
excelent food and service

This hotel is definitely NOT a 5-star hotel, I would say more 3-star. The rooms are not luxurious, the carpets are dirty (we would not walk barefoot in the rooms), the bathrooms are very outdated. The worst part was the breakfast. The food was horrible, the service was horrible. All the buffet bins were empty and I had to advise the supervisor who was standing there chatting with his colleagues to refill the bins. He was very rude to me. Everyone was complaining. And the food was almost inedible. I would never stay there again. There are other hotels in the city for same or much lower price that are by far not only more convenient but better hotels. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

we arrived here to a lukewarm reception.we witnessed guests having food at the pool.we asked for this service and were informed that it may not be possible.we did get food but we need not have bothered.it looked and tasted disgusting.we were woken 4 in the morning it was a coach party i think we have another today. 2 or 3 star rating. Im so pleased to writte a review on hotel victoria. the staff one of a kind! since our arrive they welcome us and made us feel as family the service on the restaurant was five stars and above, house keeper staff keep everything clean and comfortable to us. great job,great team,great hotel. my next trip to oaxaca for sure hotel victoria is my destination.
