Well, this hotel is not so incredible I think it´s a good hotel for what you pay. Above my stay of 4 nights.

It was fast and the service was good.

Rooms
The rooms are kind of small I think it´s perfect for 2 adults and maybe 1 kid. Because we were in a big group I saw all the rooms, mine was normal with t.v. fan, and a better bathroom. Other where without fan, a small bathroom, but others where like a suite, obviously not luxury, but with more space like for4 persons.The bad thing was that it didn´t have a mini bar.

Service
The service was ok, they treat me well with a lot of attention, I think that it was like a 4 star hotel service.

Amenties/lobby
The hotel is very nice it have many trees, and the swimming pool it´s perfect it was very good, but sometimes not so heated, but well in Oxaca it´s extremely hot.The lobby it´s a normal one, it have in the front desk a big thing it says hotel of 3 stars, and almost all was of wood.

Location
The location was very good, it is like 10minutes from Monte Alban and also from Mitla and The Tule. The bad thing that the neighborhood it is like poor.
It also have a free parking.

I put 3 points because the price was ok, although some rooms, were not.

We were staying for three nights. The nice point was the swimming pool and the general layout of the hotel. The bad things were a very expensive restaurant (and there is no close alternative), small rooms, and a very noise surrounding. A main road passes the hotel, so there is much traffic noise during the night. The value was not worth the price!

My husband, sons aged 10 and 15, and I stayed in the Hacienda La Noria for a week during the summer of 1998 of loved the place. We had previously stayed at 2 different hotels on the zocalo. It was hot and noisy and the boisterous kids were driving us crazy. The La Noria is south of town about 8 blocks with large gardens. The best part was the kids could step right out of our room into the pool patio where they could relieve some energy. It is a beautiful property, with stucco walls painted gold, tile roofs, lots of brick pathways, flowers and grass. Each room had an ornamental tree outside the window to shield the view. Our room was wonderfully cool and quiet and only a few steps away from the pool. 2 pools (one a wading pool) formed a mushroom shape. Lots of chairs and 2 umbrella tables were provided for seating, and the restaurant, La Canasta, with both indoor and outdoor seating was on the opposite side of the pool. The room itself was suitable but somewhat small w/2 double beds, TV in Spanish only. Not much English spoken by the staff, most of the other clientele was Mexican. We will definitely stay here again.
