“Yes, I would definitely stay here again”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 November 2010

I was a little hesitant when our trip advisor said we would get better value here rather than next door at the Sheraton. Normally that means less service at a lower cost. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff were cheerful and helpful from the outset. We had a team meeting and the attending hotel staff could not have been more service oriented or helpful, right down to getting fresh hot water every time I wanted a cup of tea! Meals were of a high quality. The rooms were large and very clean but I agree with the earlier reviewer who complained that the room lighting was poorly designed and needs to be improved - but yes, this is a minor issue given the overall impression I have of this hotel. Please keep up the good work.

“ok for a business hotel, noisy over the weekend”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 November 2010

Stayed there with a conference group. Rooms are spacious, bed was good. Not enough lighting from my point of view. A group of teenagers had a great party all over the hotel on a Saturday night, and the rooms are not soundproof. Could not sleep. The rooftop Bar is nice, maybe I should have had more Tequilas. Location is good for Business in the Santa fe area - for sightseeing I'd prefer closer to the city center.

“Don't stay on the 12th floor”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 August 2010

This is good hotel in a very nice area of Mexico City - very safe and clean. A great location for a business traveler. Tourists may not like the location since it is far away from sightseeing. The food was really good, the service was good, and the prices were good. The hotel room was dark in the morning due to there not being enough lights in the room. The bathrooms were great.

If you like sleeping to the sound of music thumping through the floor, then stay on the 12th floor underneath the Sky bar. Otherwise, stay way from the 12th floor! The Sky bar is very nice, but there is not much sound insulation in this building.

“Great Hotel in the Santa Fe business district”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 July 2010

This is the 3rd time I stayed at this hotel since I stopped using the Sheraton Suites next door. This hotel is approx. 2 years old and is centrally located in the Santa Fe business district. Overall this is a great hotel for business people. Service is always top notch and the rooms are large and comfortable. In all, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for business travelers. Nonetheless, if you are a tourist, this is not the best area to stay, as there are no tourist attractions and you would be better served by staying in the "Reforma" downtown area.

“Good business hotel, excellent Breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 June 2010

The best thing about the hotel is the excellent breakfast buffet really. The rooms are quite big, however quite dark due to missing light sources. Windows do not open sadly. Wireless LAN didn't work (Access point went out of service after a few hours after check-in) - but that's pretty common for Hotels in Mexico really. Staff is very friendly, service is good. TV is quite old (CRT instead of a flat-screen), but on the other hand it actually provides working cable TV, which again is not something to be granted in mexican Hotels.

When it comes to the value, things could be better - it's quite expensive, and neither WLAN nor Breakfast are included in standard rates. But then again, price level is high in Santa Fe for most hotels.

What's really sad is that there is advertising for their sky lounge everywhere, but it's still closed for reconstruction (and reading other reviews here that's the case for quite some time already). It would be fair not to advertise this on their website while it's not accessible.
