Stayed there a couple of times end 2011. Overall, experience was ok, worth the price, but quality was inconsistent amongst staff and products.
Concierge was great: really proactive, helpful and kind. Manager was responsive and understanding, willing to listen. However, receptionist was rather incompetent.
Rooms were clean but there are no windows (to avoid noise from planes, given that hotel is in front of airport) hence smell is that of an enclosed room, not very pleasant.
Breakfast ladies (the chefs) are excellent. Waiters are great too. Food is tasty and abundant. Breakfast coffee is awful thought. Needed to order a la carte.
Worst thing of hotel was shuttle service. Rely little on it. We had to wait one hour on our way in and ended up taking a normal taxi. There was no space in the shuttle on the way out.
