I stayed in Fiesta Inn Cuautitlan for 5 nights, the location of hotel is quite good, walmart, Starbucks, cinemex and many other shops are nearby. Rooms are small and breakfast was not included in charges even after paying USD $121 per day. It was a real disappointment and there are also no other facilities like gym, swimming pool etc. Staff was helpful and room service was good.

I can't say enough about the staff. It's been a year now and I've been meaning to write this review for a while...

I stayed at Fiesta in Cuautitlan in March of 2007. I was there, away from family, for over 30 days. Not once did I feel out of place, my room was always tidy, and the Hotel Staff was always sensitive to my needs.

Cesar, the bartender (although I've heard he's moved on) was always there for honest explanations of culture and local things to do. There wasn't a lot of free time while I visited, but there was enough to take his advice. He was also a mixology genius :)

If in the area for business, especially a longer-term stay, I would highly recommend this hotel. It's located in a shopping district, complete with restaurants (fast food and fancy), as well as a Wal-Mart and several other conveniences that are secure and necessary for longer stays.

I stayed 5 nights while on business in the area. This is about 30-60 minutes from downtown or the airport, depending on traffic. It is near many large manufacturing companies such as Samsonite, Sulzer Pumps, Ford, and Bacardi. It is right next to a nice shopping area with a Wal-Mart, Office Max, Radio Shack, a number of restaurants and a movie theater. A burger king is right next to the hotel, if you really need it!

The hotel is only a few years old. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. A/C worked great. Very quiet - right next to a freeway, but you couldn't hear it in the room.

I would rate it about like a nice new Holiday Inn in the U.S. Room service was good, and so was the breakfast buffet. Both were reasonably priced. Internet is by wireless or wire, and is about $15 USD per day. They have a business center for copies and basic printing. The hotel can also arrange safe taxis.

English was spoken well by most of the staff. Didn't try the pool or gym, but they have both. Service was very good. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
