The hotel is comfortable, the service is really nice and personalized and the location is perfect for business, shopping or leisure.

The hotel is chique but I've had nothing but problems with this hotel. The rooms were generally nice but a little chilly in December - they do not have heaters! they brought in a tiny space fan-heater to heat the entire room - needless to say that it didn't work well. I wouldn't recommend staying there when it is very cold outside. There was a faint sewage like smell in the hallway - good thing they didn't have that smell in the room. Wasn't sure what to make of it. The upstairs bar was very nice, cool to hang out in and the facilities like gym seem to be pretty good although small. The biggest problem about this hotel though was the fact that they double charged by card. They said it was a deposit and it would be credited back. After I waited 10 days as per their instructions it still wasn't there. Then came the infinite number of phone calls. The people answering the phones honestly have trouble with English and kept on hanging up on me or putting on permanent hold even though they knew I was making an international call. I got given the full run around and was asked to send them copies of my credit card statement despite the fact that they agreed they double charged me! I still have not had the issue resolved. I would not stay at this hotel again. Sure go visit the bar upstairs but save yourself the fiasco of staying there. And if you must stay, I would check and double check your credit card. The customer service is honestly the worst I've encountered from a hotel that pretends to be one of the "leading small hotels of the world." Next time I see a hotel in that list I'll know it doesn't mean anything.

It is the best option to stay in Mexico City, the location is perfect as it is the staff.
I will definitely return to the hotel in my next visit.

I have been in this hotel with my husband and our little son. it was a horrible experience! first of all rooms don't have a good isolation system and noise and pollution filled our room easily. toilet was quite smelly even when we didn't use it ( no good ventilation system)! this design hotel is not much practical and the staff are not much helpful neither. once because of a wrong address which we got from one of the staff we got totally lost! to get an extra Duvet I had to call several times and after a while not getting one I had to go down to the reception desk myself. the only good thing I could recall in this hotel is the restaurant!
please rethink if you want to stay in this hotel!
